FOOD FOR LIFE

Rid us of our cloaks of darkness
of ignorance and greed,
prepare us for Your table Lord
where we can ever feed.

On abundant milk and honey
that pours upon each soul,
beyond compare the flavour
the food that makes us whole.

Your mercy fills us full of hope
Your forgiveness makes us shine,
Your Word oh Lord does fill us up
makes us heady as with wine.

Your promises, give us the strength
to follow where You lead,
to give help to all Your children
in their each and every need.
