ALL I NEED

I have no need of rubies
of diamonds and pearls,
of silver, gold or platinum
or treasures of the world.

My needs are all so simple Lord
on my list, Your love is first,
the more You give and I receive
the more for You I thirst.

My family, relatives and friends
their love I need to live
even when they hurt me
my love to them I’ll give.

The rubies, diamonds and pearls
that from Your lips outpour,
are all that I will ever need
for now and evermore.
