He Is

The look of love
the compassionate ear,
the lips that speak
to calm life’s fears.

The forgiving soul
the helping hand,
His feet that walk sowing
His Word o’er the land.

The caring heart
that gives relief,
to another heart
bowed low in grief.

He did all these things
and we too should live,
our actions full of the love
He Is.
